21.01.2022 Another great meeting of GC Hub Toastmasters Club with a Circus theme chosen by the Toastmaster of the day Steve Dalton. Photo taken by Monique Toisenegila who joined our meeting from P Division in Papua New Guinea along with Mary Handen. Speeches today from Greg, Sharon and myself -as the photo will attest. Well structured helpful evaluations from first time evaluator Katrina, also from Zac and David. Looking forward to seeing you again next Wednesday. Wonderful to have an international entrepreneur join our Gold Coast group of entrepreneurs.

18.01.2022 Another great meeting . Kim did a great job as first time Toastmaster with her theme of Groceries. She and timer Katrina worked as a Team keeping us on schedule plus had the meeting finishing ahead of time .Helena gave us Champagne as our Word of the Day. Zac explored Leadership styles while Julie shared the benefits of being a Leader in a Volunteer Organisation . Agree Volunteers are priceless. Evaluators Greg, Sharon and Debby added value to the Speakers and all of our know...ledge. First time Table Topics Master Dmitry gave those not on the program the opportunity to speak . Guil did an excellent job as first time General Evaluator giving commendations and recommendations for roles on the agenda that hadn’t already received feedback in a timely succinct way. 16.01.2022 Congratulations to the members of GC Hub-well done, good job. We have only been Chartered since September-members are achieving and exceeding their goals. Only the 3rd Club out of the 188 in our District to have achieved 10 goals. Each week members are growing in our great meeting and environment.

12.01.2022 GC Hub had its usual actioned packed meeting on Wednesday . Our Toastmaster for the meeting Greg Dolan ran the meeting efficiently and effectively aided by Timer Suzi Slater. No mean feat with our program changes . Flexibility is another skill we learn at Toastmasters. Guil Greffe and Chris Blakley entertained us and educated us with their speeches. They received feedback to assist their development . Debbie Lo-Dean had us thinking with her Table Topics. Steve Dalton challe...nged us. We welcomed two visitors plus two new members to our Club -welcome Diane and Bruce. Chris Blakley was presented with his Level 1 Certificate . Our members are going from strength to strength achieving and exceeding their goals. I am proud to say our Club that Chartered in September is now a President’s Distinguished Club having achieved and exceeded its 10 Club Goals. Well done GC Hub Club members . It is amazing what can be achieve in 70 minute meeting. Come along to the Old Post Office, Mudgeeraba at 11.50 on a Wednesday to experience a meeting for yourself. See more

07.01.2022 Great first fully online meeting of GC Hub very capably and aptly lead by Sharon. Great speeches by both Kim and Ursula . Dmitry took on the role of timer which is a challenging one at this time .Another learning experience and I know that we will learn and grow from this. We will be supporting each other even more so through this time. See you online next Wednesday .

03.01.2022 Another great meeting again today. Two visitors online Monique from Papua New Guinea and Dianne from Gold Coast. First timers in roles did well- Helena as timer, Dmitry as Um AhCounter and Zac as evaluator. Both Greg and Debby were impressive giving speech evaluations almost straight after the speech.
