23.01.2022 What’s the loudest voice in your head? Most of success in anything is you consistently showing up at as close to your best as possible. The main thing hindering that is your negative self talk. That talk IS NOT YOU and it’s within your favour to see it as separate from you.... I get it, it’s loud and maybe even the most consistent voice in there but, ultimately, YOU ARE STRONGER THAN THE VOICE! Its bark is worse than its bite! It has no ACTUAL POWER over you. It was suggested to me to see it as your child in the back seat of the car who is desperate for an ice cream! He/she is not going to give in easily, but ultimately you’re in charge! And the more clear, definite and consistent your answer the less they push for the ice cream! How are you LETTING that voice make your decisions, maybe even run your days? Remember, it’s not the real you and YOU’RE IN CHARGE!
