10.01.2022 This is incredibly hard to post, but I'm so proud of myself. Hard work and baby steps over the last 6 months and I'm down 22 kilos, the photo on the left is so confronting to me, and it's just a reminder that I never want to be back there. I may still have a long way to go, but I'm a happier and healthier version of myself, and I'm going to keep at it until I smash all my goals. Big shoutout to my trainer Gary Collins for your guidance, patience and not letting me bail on sessions

08.01.2022 I would like to say a big thank you to Gary for multiple reasons, one for giving me the drive to keep striving for my goals. Two is the fact if you have a past injury he will work around it to either strengthen the problem or the muscles around the issue. And third making sure I am getting the best results at the locations of where my goals lie. With the picture below you can see on the left is H.I.I.T for a peek of 30 odd mins and on the right is the pt session with Gary for... the same amout time doing weights which I much prefer. This goes to show that not only doing what you want but having someone there to push you to your limits is the way to go. When you train with Gary you don't train with just a average personal trainer you work with one of the best and also you train with a friend. Thanks Gary Dane Smits

07.01.2022 A little shout out to Gary, Thank you for your constant support and motivation, you've pushed me so much over the last couple of months and helped me reach so many goals. You've taught me that progress is progress no matter how small, and to push through and take each day as it comes. I'm looking forward to what's to come. If anyone is looking for a trainer in the Springfield area he's your man.

02.01.2022 Like to say a massive thanks to Gary Collins these are my results after only a month training a few nights a week with him I've lost fat but have put on 5 kilos of muscle and I eat twice as much as I used to Your an awsome trainer and mate and always push me to go harder and I needed that can't wait to see my results in couple of months Thanks heaps again mate
