24.01.2022 Very Sad news, were safe, but very close to home as we were working in Mermaid Beach at the time. If you have any concerns on your electrical installation safety, or would like to have your Safety Switch checked/upgraded please contact us. Remember to test the operation of your safety switch every 3 - 6 months by pressing the "Test" button. If you don't have a test button, you don't have a Safety Switch. Stay Safe friends.

Something to check when your water is cold, you can pull the Relief Valve to see if the water is hot in the tank (careful the pipe will get hot quickly) if it is, you may have a faulty tempering valve. This requires a plumber. If its not hot, chances are you need an electrician to repair the electrical parts
