12.01.2022 To our amazing clients During this very confusing time, please rest assured knowing that we will still be operating as normal until further notice. Our pets don’t know there is a pandemic at the moment so may still get sick. Please if you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to call us on 0746331733 any time. We have soap and paper towel in both consult rooms and hand sanitizer available at the front desk. We do ask, if you have been feeling unwell or recently come back from overseas please refrain from coming into the clinic and follow the correct protocols as stated by our health organisations. We look forward to seeing everyone through this epidemic and having to find something else to talk about shortly!

Early morning or evening walks are ideal (once the pavement has cooled down) Access to water and shade are vital ... Any dog or cat can suffer from heat stress but brachycephalic pets are high risk, bring them inside into the cool If you can’t walk/stand on a surface bare footed than your pet can’t either hose down thoroughly with cold water any pet that may be over heating and contact us immediately .
