09.01.2022 Hello and welcome to my little corner of FBook. I’m back and so excited to be practicing again as @gdaynaturopath Let me tell you a bit about myself.. I am a mum of 2 vibrant daughters; and currently live on the Gold Coast in Australia. I love big belly laughs, anything to do with food, sunsets on the beach, all things YOGA, exploring the great outdoors, as well as spiritual, emotional health and growth. I have a degree in Health Science and post grad studies with the Insti...tute of Functional Medicine. I’m also in the midst of completing my 2nd lot of 200hr yoga teacher training. I have interests in so many areas where natural medicine can shine its light brightest including fatigue, pain management, skin issues, sleep, anxiety and anything relating to hormones and understanding your menstrual cycle. My interests stem from professional experience - through research and experience from hundreds of clients in my 10+ years of practicing; as well as personal experience of being a mum to a daughter with chronic eczema, understanding the stressors of running my own business and teaching undergrad nutrition in London, as well as my own challenges with fertility. We ALL have a story, and our experiences (some painful and some glorious) shape who we are. I will use this experience and empathy to hear your story, so that you can understand your individual body and get back to health as quickly as possible. It’s NEVER too late to start! I can’t promise my feed will be perfectly curated, but my hope is that it will be helpful and we can have some real (& always respectful) conversations here.
