15.01.2022 T H A N K Y O U... In late July my youngest son had an accident off his push bike. It was really nasty; broken bones and facial injuries. I was a mess - professionally & personally for several weeks... I mucked up appointments and ENVY orders and I was ditzy and brain-drained!! I would just like to say THANK YOU sooo much to all my beautiful ladies who stood by me and offered such amazing support and showed immense patience as I got my boy and our family through it. 15.01.2022 Welcome to 2018 Everyone! GDL Nails will be re-opening on the 8th January with these new additional terms and conditions in place. Please take the time to read through before your next appointment. Booking Fees & Cancellations... New Clients;- A booking fee of $25 is required to confirm your booking, along with clients contact details. It can be paid in person at the salon during business hours, or via direct deposit. This fee will be redeemable at your appointment and be taken off the balance of your service. Cancellation within 48hrs of the agreed appointment time will see the fee forfeited to GDL Nails. Until your deposit is received the appointment will remain unconfirmed and therefore may be allocated to another client (of course within reason) Existing Clients:- Cancellations or postponements of an appointment can be necessary due to life's little surprises However GDL Nails must have at least 24 hours notice of cancellation to enable the vacated appointment to be re-filled. There is often a waiting list... As a regular client you are given the benefit of trust and we appreciate your loyalty, therefore a booking fee will not be necessary. However, any regular client who cancels, reschedules or are late more than twice may be charged a booking fee until good practice is re-established. Terms & Conditions. GDL Nails retains the right to:- - Use discretion regarding Booking Fees transfer and refund. Transfer of booking fees to a subsequent and later appointment based on the circumstances of the cancellation may be considered. - Refuse to refund booking fees for "No Shows". - Defer, re-book or simplify service if you are more than 10 minutes late. - Refuse to work on a client if there is already an enhancement in place on the nails that was not applied by GDL Nails. - Additional charges may apply to removal of non GDL Nail product. 08.01.2022 Love these - and just a tiny bit jealous! Deb removed her acrylic at her last visit with a soak off. Tonight she showed just how amazing her own nails are with no breakages. Removal of acrylic nails does NOT have to result in aweful nails for months as you "get over" acrylics. Tonight I have used CND Shellac Hollywood with a superfine holo gold glitter fade tonight.
