22.01.2022 A Food festival is what Mormor Food and Gecko Food were aiming for with first Sunday Food. Good local food, local talent, good fun. What's not to love?

22.01.2022 Help us look after the environment by bringing your own reusable drink bottle and filling it up at the Festival water refill station. Don't forget to bring your reusable carry bag to stock up on delicious produce and gourmet products to take home too.

So thank you to all that have supported me over the years, whether it was just one jar or several, your encouragement certainly made it worthwhile. For my friends and family, you can be sure that the jam making wont cease and to everyone else, maybe this post is an instigator to learn the craft yourself or a prompt to visit your local market and support another jam maker or small business bottling a little jar of magic. 04.01.2022 Thanks to all the market organisers and market customers we've met over the years. We have enjoyed sharing our love on good food. Sunday 29th April was our last market for the time being. No more early mornings, sore feet and worrisome weather for us! However the preserve making will continue - can't shake the habit. So please contact us for private orders, hampers, wedding orders etc. [ 36 more words ] http://geckogrove.com/2018/05/01/signing-off/

04.01.2022 What can I say? Small Business is a hard business. Here's to a new beginning.

04.01.2022 the skies above Toowoomba are full of dust and smoke. I hate to think what is like down in Stanthorpe. We have to do something about preventing extreme weather ...events. Hope you will show your support for voting for my piece " And will the blues skies go on forever? in this years regional art Awards.. Voting closes this Friday. You can see my artwork and those of other artists in the People's Choice categories here: https://flyingarts.org.au/events/peoples-choice-2019/ I am not aiming to win the prize, I just want enough votes so it will be included in the travelling exhibition. Its not much use making a statement if nobody sees it. Thanks Heaps Love Barbara
