24.01.2022 Some days we get the chance to work on jobs that don’t feel like work; interesting project, lovely summers day and great scenery! A couple of weeks ago our installers were at Shark Island installing graphics for the Sydney Sail GP. The event two days over the 15th 16th February and guess what??? The Australian Olympic gold medalist Tom Slingsby smashed the competition and won the Sydney race. What a day!

The ninth edition of the Festival of Dangerous Ideas will happen this weekend at Cockatoo Island. This year, national and international speakers will discuss deep issues that confront us like privacy, fascism, internet, LSD, hard truths and more. In total, they will tackle 30 different themes. This is a fabulous and entertaining option to rock your weekend, set within the incredibly interesting and thought provoking Cockatoo Island space. 23.01.2022 Anyone around Sydney this weekend should get down to the coastal walk from Bondi to Tamarama because Sculpture by the Sea is back for another year! For the next three weeks, the art exhibition features more than 100 outdoor artworks. Unlike other years of gorgeous weather during setup, we were there this week, in the wet, the mud and the wind to help with some of the graphic installations and wayfinding elements. Its a great exhibition and yearly event so do yourself a favour, especially if the weather is nice and DO NOT MISS IT. Enjoy your weekend folks!

20.01.2022 Last week we had a job inside Victoria barracks - updating the branding for their 6th brigade offices to create some cohesion between offices and their employees. The blinds will be removed to create more light within the space yet still provide much needed privacy to the occupants. It was an added bonus that they had their unofficial mascot joined us for the install, who knew!!! 6th brigade: disable the foe, enable the force and now looking the part!

15.01.2022 Gecko just turned 7! As per our annual celebration, we have gathered some of our wonderful team to celebrate reaching our 7th year. We have lost our baby teeth and all our new grown up teeth are coming through nice, strong and straight! 06.01.2022 Whilst winter is almost gone, it still feels freezing in Sydney! Our team installed 45 meters in 1 piece under very windy conditions. Perseverance, teamwork and dedication to the task always pays off - Congrats boys!

05.01.2022 Know my name is a National Gallery of Australia call for equal power, respect and recognition for female artists. The National Gallery released data that shows female artists currently only represent around 25% of the Australian art collection at the National Gallery. In response to this, The National Gallery decided to create a campaign to recognise and celebrate Female Australian artists, through social media, exhibitions, research and creative collaborations. #knowmyname was launched Friday 24th May at the National Gallery of Australia. We were thrilled to be part of this movement!

04.01.2022 Transport NSW is making another big move forward towards the opening of Sydney Metro Northwest in 2019 and from 30th September, they will subsequently close; Macquarie University, Macquarie Park and North Ryde stations for upgrades. In the meantime, a bus line called Station Link will be installed to replace the routes. We are proud to be part of this announcement.
