23.01.2022 If you are looking for a VHF Air Band Transceiver, then we can assist with the classic ICOM IC-A15. This top-selling model is made in Japan & would particularly suit aircraft owners, flight instructors and aviators looking for a back-up radio. For customers wanting to simply listen in to the airways, the model TSC100RA VHF Scanner is a perfect choice. Trainee pilots can tune in to tower and aircraft flying to enhance their own radio procedures. Both units available now from Gee Bee's Aerospace Shop.

22.01.2022 We are moving - but not far. From next Monday 23rd July, Gee Bee's Aerospace Shop will be temporarily relocated to premises in the southern area of the Essendon Airport Terminal Building. You should enter through the southern main terminal door and turn right to Gee Bee's, which will be next to Flight Academy Australia. This is due to refurbishment of the terminal over the next 6 months. Following the refurbishment, we will move into a new shop located inside the northern end of the terminal.

10.01.2022 Here are a few pics of Gee Bee's Aerospace Shop before and after the recent demolition. I had spent a week or so short of 25 years there & it certainly was a home away from home. Now in a temporary location still in the Terminal Building.

10.01.2022 This message is to let customers know about the business disruption to Gee Bee's over the past month. Firstly, I had several strokes, severe pneumonia & I have been diagosed with liver cancer, for which I am receiving regular chemotherapy. For the past week I have been at the shop, but mostly from 10-30am & usually all afternoon. Every two weeks, however, there will be disruption while going through the chemo procedure. On the positive side, the best place for me to be is at the Gee Bee's shop, so I will be trying to spend most days there to get normal servce going again. I want to thank the many customers who have wished me well over the past week. I'm still quite tired, but my mind is focused. I look forward to seeing you again at Gee Bee's Aerospace Shop.
