03.01.2022 Got this post on my FB wall from friend of mine, so I thought I better show this. Hello Queensland, yesterday the 26th of August 2020 my father seen a "warning" on television (ABC) about plant seeds being imported from asian countries. And sent out randomly, these seeds are not identified. Having said all that, today i received a package in the mail. After being told about this and receiving this package of seeds i contacted the TOWNSVILLE CITY COUNCIL who told me they have ...no knowledge of this Bio security concern. I then contacted Bio Security and reported the package to them. If you receive a package like these please do not open these, place them in a bag tie and knott in the top, then repeat this in anther bag. Our agricultral industry needs us to stop this. The seeds have been bagged (double) and an appointment has been made for collection of these by AQIS. See more
