03.01.2022 Just finished an awesome session with rider kinetics Kym and Leslie. There is no point in becoming the best rider in the world if you have to retire early because your body packs in. It can be as simple as just learning to use the right muscle groups and applying them correctly. Fully recommend this course to anyone interested in self preservation and interested in discovering what their balance is really like using the sensors under Leslies saddle.
