21.01.2022 SHUTDOWN OF VICTORIAN BASEBALL ACTIVITY. Following deterioration of the COVID19 situation across the state and a range of tightened government restrictions, Baseball Victoria has today ordered cancellation of all baseball activity from 6.00 PM Sunday 2 August until further notice. This has impacted directly upon Geelong Baseball Association Under 12 and Under 14 competitions, which have unfortunately needed to be cancelled after four weeks. 06.01.2022 VALE NOEL COX. Geelong Baseball Association Board and member clubs have learned of the recent passing of Noel Cox, a Life Member and long-time servant of the Mounties Baseball Club. The Cox name has for many years been synonymous with Ballarat and regional baseball more broadly, with Noel and Terrye making extraordinary contributions to our sport both in Ballarat and beyond. ...
