21.01.2022 This Venue is the real deal. The passion and experience from the owner Tony was also the real deal. We had to give his Trusty Norris Dishwasher some real deal attention. The machine has recently experienced a big relocation from Cobram. The machine had a couple of leaks and needed some leveling. As we carry parts it was done pretty quick to get this new venue ready for the big opening. A new fill valve and new rinse pump installation. We Wish Tony and the Team all the best in the new venture.

16.01.2022 This machine had a hole on the drain hose. Water all over the floor and a dangerous trip hazard in a busy kitchen. After a replacement hose fitted that we had on board, the issue was fixed right there and then. Now the kitchen has a dry floor and a functioning dishwasher. What A great Venue.

15.01.2022 This machine has been suffering a with a drainage issue. So today I removed the drain pump for further investigation and found some debris being caught on the drain intake. We cleared it and re assembled for testing. The hood also had to be resealed. Love working in this kitchen as the machine has great access. Now the machine should be more reliable and perform better during busier periods.

04.01.2022 These machines were reported not performing very well. After our visit the glass washer is now getting hot and the kitchen dishwasher is now humming. It's just what we do. Why get other repairers in the region who don't carry parts or really know what they are doing. We specialise in these commercial machines and it is what we do.
