20.01.2022 I have a number of people offer land in both Geelong and Golden Plains Shire. So will be investing the land then submitting it to Geelong. Failing Geelong approval I will submit the land in the Golden Plains Shire.

14.01.2022 After waiting an extra 12 months for the government report on the Moolap coastal strategy, so I can get some of Alcoa's land for the drive-in Alcoa have advised me that they still need to fill and cap 3 landfills that is scattered across the 574 acres. The process will take 12-18 months. The saying "there is a time and season for all things", frequents my mind. So I continue to cultivate and prepare for the harvest. Will I look else were along the east side...YES...

06.01.2022 Since May I have been doing the ground work for popup Drive-In for this summer 20/21. I have come to the point that I need some land, my first 2 tries have failed to be accepted. So I'm calling out to my community to help for the land search My options are A. Geelong B. Surfcoast ... C.Gold Plains/Queenscliff D. Wyndham (little river) What the Land needs - Drive way access in to the paddock, other driveway access for emergency exits would be good. - Water ( for the food trucks and toilets) - 11 acres in size (min 220m x220m) - Not to far off the beat and track ( as residence my complain about the traffic) - The ability to put gravel footings for the shipping container screen. -available from October to March. PM address and people contact detail. Once I have land I can submit the event and planning permits to council. LET MAKE THIS HAPPEN...

05.01.2022 Hi... just to let you know what going on. I'm down to one piece of land in the Geelong area, the paddock next to Waurn Pond shopping centre. before the centre agrees it has to get final dates for the circus who have dibs on the land. and some possible lease conflicts with current tenants. Food truck my clash with current food place in the centre. And there is Readings...... I have also been contacted by Golden Shires plain to jump the fence and do it over there. I have had 3 wonderful soul with land come forward with land, one 15min from CDB, other 26min, the other, 36min. So the land on Hamilton Highway is the first one. initial meeting with GP shire was positive for that land,but being Hamilton Highway vicroad have to ok it. And most important...we move back to a level 2 or below lockdown
