21.01.2022 Here are some photos of a few local surf coast teens, working as background extras, on the new Netflix teen drama ‘Surviving Summer’, produced by Werner Film Productions. These girls, guys, surfers, skaters arrive early, sometimes wrap late, still get their school work done and bring a smile to all our faces. They are in the hands of the best crew and equally bring their best to set. YAY to all the great locals getting involved and making themselves available for Extras work..., that comes about in and around Geelong and the Surf Coast. I can see how being on a film set is changing young peoples perception of how production works and encouraging them to think about various career paths that are available in our film and TV industry.
