21.01.2022 VORUM - CAD-CAM system implemented now. We have fully installed, been trained and are using scanning, rectification, milling of modified shapes to make our AFO's now. The VORUM-Canfit system gives us more flexibility - scanning instead of casting, greater flexibility when modifying scans, accurate reproducibility in our modified moulds and faster times to final fitting of AFO's.

The challenge was to design a unique hinge used in AFO's to treat Tibialis Posterior Dysfunction a chronic condition that can become a debilitating lower limb tendon condition. 06.01.2022 Introducing a New AFO Range for foot drop patients. Light weight and low profile/slimline. We have been using the SpryStep AFO range for suitable patients lately. There are options for the traditional stiff rear strutt style and a more flexible strutt for those with a not needing quite the stiffness. We are able to trial these AFO's in our clinic to determine which suits the best.
