23.01.2022 Its so nice to hear your voice Here is a challenge for this week. Ring a friend, check in on them. Ring a family member, a work colleague, another parent juggling remote learning. This is a tough time for Victorians, and sometimes just chatting with a familiar voice will make someones day, it will also help your own mental wellbeing.... Please, take care of each other, be kind and we will get through this stronger.

A reminder that we will continue to provide you with a disposable face mask when you attend an appointment with us. It is important that you wear the clean mask that we provide you with to maximise the safety for you, our practitioners and our clinic environment during your visit.... 20.01.2022 Yes, we are still open during Stage 3 restrictions. We just look a little different. Our strict screening criteria is still in place. If you are unable to visit in person, Telehealth appointments are available.... For those visiting our clinic, we provide you with a forehead temperature check, hand sanitiser, a disposable face mask (no charge), eye safety glasses, a cubicle for your personal belongings and fresh linen. We have processes in place to ensure that you do not have to touch any surfaces that have not been disinfected. We space out our consultations so that we can ventilate and disinfect our spacious clinic rooms between appointments. Our rooms have medical grade hands free wash basins so that our practitioners can effectively practice the 5 moments of hand hygiene. Our reception service is run remotely off site, our practitioners complete all re-bookings and transactions, so you only come into contact with one person. We are doing everything we can to continue to provide a safe service for our community. Thank you to all of our clients for respecting our clinic space, keeping it safe by following the rules, rescheduling when required and getting tested when feeling the slightest bit unwell. We will get through this and come out stronger when we continue to care for each other.

For the past month our practitioners have been wearing masks, and clients have also been provided with a disposable mask to wear before entering our clinic. Lets keep each other safe so that we can continue to keep helping our Geelong community.

18.01.2022 Stage 3 restrictions are in place in Regional Victoria, masks are mandatory. Our next focus should be keeping our trail as small and traceable as possible. An easy way to document this is to take a quick photo on your phone whenever you visit the supermarket or an essential appointment. This will help you to track the time, day and location.... No one wants to be interviewed by a contact tracer, but if that situation does arise, lets do our bit to make the job easier. Attached is an interesting abc news interview on how contact tracers are helping to contain this virus.
