25.01.2022 COVID-NORMAL - WE ARE HEADED BACK INDOORS! The density limits have gone, so we are able to welcome our clients back into our reception area. We are asking that clients wear a mask while on the premises in order to be compliant with the health directives.... If you have an exemption from wearing a mask, please indicate this to our receptionists to avoid embarrassment. Hand sanitiser is available on entry and we ask that all clients use it. We take your safety very seriously and we appreciate your support as we continue to keep everyone safe. What we need from you is: To follow all the public health directives (ie social distancing, wearing a mask, washing/sanitising your hands) To let us know if you or any member of your household are feeling unwell or have symptoms, in quarantine or self isolation or have had contact with a COVID-19 case (If you are in this situation, we can organise a telehealth appointment depending on what is appropriate and needed). Have only four people in our reception area at one time where possible. Check that there are chairs available before entering our waiting room, to ensure social distancing. If all chairs are full, please phone reception to let them know you have arrived and indicate where you are waiting. Collection of contact details for contact tracing as per DHHS guidelines. Following all the personal hygiene health directives (hand hygiene, mask wearing, cough etiquette) measures. Following social distancing within the clinic and in public. Together we can stay COVID- safe and ensure you care needed. We thank you for your cooperation over the past months and moving into our new Covid normal changes
