03.01.2022 A client of mine shared feedback about their property management experience on a Facebook thread, and seeing the feedback made my week I have recently switched over to Sophie from Real Estate Geelong and she has saved me a lot of money already. Instead of just sending a technician when there has been an issue, she works with the tenant to troubleshoot the problem. This has happened on a number of occasions with the dishwasher, garage remote and the nbn battery. On all occ...asions things were sorted and I didn't have to pay any technician/call out fees. Sophie also made sure I understood all of my legal obligations and kept me informed all along. Instead of worrying, I now know that my property is in great hands and I’m meeting my legal requirements. And a big plus - she is super lovely and friendly but knows her stuff and is no pushover.
