19.01.2022 Had any filthy looks from walkers recently? Worth being aware of this article if you haven't seen as it's doing the rounds with runners & non-runners. It has some cool graphics at the start but much better to read the original source http://www.urbanphysics.net/Social%20Distancing%20v20_White. It's not an exact science & lots of unknowns but good to be aware of what the walkers might be thinking when you run past particularly on a narrow trail. Conclusion: try to avoid being in anyone's slipstream & if you are, keep at least 5m back if walking, 10m if running, 20m if fast cycling. And if going past someone, try to ensure they don't end up in your slipstream. Has certainly changed where & when I decide to run & ride. Stay safe. Cheers, Brett
