25.01.2022 After a busy month for the team, we welcomed and witnessed more gorgeous babes into their beautiful families. To all our new mums this month, and every other month...How are you?

18.01.2022 A very powerful and emotional night in our Doula training last week, a topic I am very passionate about 'Doula - When a baby dies in miscarriage and stillbirth'. Death is a part of life and every birth, especially miscarriage and stillbirth deserve love, honour and support that a Doula can bring to the baby, the mumma, the partner, their family and of course her Midwife.

17.01.2022 Chloe & Liam welcomed their beautiful little boy Lennox into their family on the 1st of December as the sun began to rise. Chloe & Liam were warmly supported by Lyndelle.

16.01.2022 Thank you Samantha for sending us your precious image to share. Jasper O’Connell Pearson born 8.43pm Thursday 19th October 2017 at Geelong Hospital. After a much quicker arrival than anticipated, Jasper's birth was supported by Patricia (Student Doula) along with her team of Midwives including Emily & Lynne. Photo also taken by Patricia.

15.01.2022 Wishing all our past present and future families a blessed and wonderful Christmas from all of our team, Lyndelle, Tahnee, Sally & Candice A little festive giggle for us all.

14.01.2022 Congratulations! Last night our Student Doulas finished their theory component of our Semester 1 Doula Certificate in conjunction with Diversitat's Certificate in Health Services Assistant. To celebrate we spent the night exploring a Doula Case and everything we take to a birth to support women and their families, along with an opportunity to explore the use of Aromatherapy in Birth, making their own Birth Massage Oil before they finished.... With smiles on their faces, happy hearts and smelling delicious, they headed home (Birth Blend in hand) to process the last 10 weeks and attend their placements to practice what they have learned... Well done to everyone! Including our missing members of the group who were either overseas or having their own babies! Special Blessings being sent to our birthing mumma, we hope to have updates of your progress and meet your gorgeous little babe soon.

14.01.2022 Aren't Aussie mums clever, well done to this mummatrapenuer.

12.01.2022 A Resource everyone should read before we start our families, particularly those who support the breast feeding mumma.

11.01.2022 Congratulations to Hayley & Carl on the beautiful birth of their daughter, a little sister to Taya & Hunter. Their gorgeous birth was supported by our Student Doula Abby and photo shared with permission (also taken by Abby).

03.01.2022 I had to share this, you have to love a babe that is not willing to wait for anyone, and although I wish mumma had a doula in her ear to ground and calm her, I am in awe of the dad who is mastering driving, filming, unclipping the seat belt, attempting to help get her pants down and offering a calm, supportive and rational voice all at the same time iced with a little humour at the end.

03.01.2022 Important information for our current mummas waiting to meet their babies through Barwon health. httpww.barwonhealth.org.au//z/item/maternity-redevelopment

01.01.2022 Another wonderful night sharing Doula wisdom. Birth stories shared and support offered by our students for students. Beautiful to watch each student unfold in their own way. Looking forward to hearing more birth stories over the coming weeks.
