23.01.2022 Delivery Driver Linen Laundry Services We have an opening in our company for a Casual Delivery Driver for deliveries of linen around Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula. Commencing as a casual role relieving staff holidays, sick leaves and long service leaves. The primary role in this position is to offer great customer service to our customers in a timely manner throughout our serviced zones. This position will include the following responsibilities:... -Timely delivery of linen in bags and trolleys to designated locations at customers’ and laundry sites -Manage trolleys of linen in the laundry factory to allow for efficient operations with your colleagues -Able work well with team members including sharing roles with other delivery drivers to get the job done safely and responsibly -Involves driving any vehicles designated to you by your superior -To be successful at this role, you will need to fulfil the following criteria: -Holds at least an MR driving license or better and must be willing to drive a van or truck -Current Police check -Friendly, and work well in a team environment -Punctual and able to work long hours when required -Is physically fit and able to work with heavy loads -Our usual delivery days are Monday Friday with some weekend deliveries in our busy period (Christmas through to Easter). Salary and job position level will be negotiable depending on experience in your role. Position is available now, starting out with a probation period if you are successful.
