21.01.2022 Did you buy a plank? Remember the early 90's when the City of Greater Geelong announced plans for the restoration of Eastern Beach? Partial funding came from people being given the opportunity to purchase a plank on the boardwalk around the swimming enclosure that's been there since 1939. So many families took part and purchased a plank making it possible.... The boardwalk and enclosure were rebuilt, and the children's swimming pool, kiosk and change rooms were renovated and the rest is history. Whilst we can't offer you a plank, by becoming a Friend of Geelong Waterfront Film for a one-off $20 fee, we can let you know that you'll be supporting Geelong's Arts & Culture, in particular Film Making in our region. (And for an additional tax deductible donation to the Foundation, you might get your name in the Annual Report too!) Become a friend of Geelong Waterfront Film today, just $20. www.geelongwaterfrontfilm.com.au #Filmgeelong #GeelongWaterfrontFilmFoundation
