24.01.2022 Congratulations to Mackenzie Cumper who played her first game for the Falcons this year on Sunday! Our three giants girls have been doing a fantastic job playin...g in the NAB League for Geelong Falcons, they didn’t get the win on Sunday but they battled it out and have been training very hard for their positions in the side! 23.01.2022 'All I Want for Christmas' raffle update...those of you who tuned in to last night's live feed raffle draw, would not only have witnessed a presentation of Larry Emdur-ish proportions, but you would have also seen: - the $3k winning number drawn and placed into the Sock of Destiny. -another 50 numbers drawn, with the first of those 'losing' numbers being awarded a $50 Cafe Iberia (amazing sponsors) voucher - congratulations Joy Cole, and the final of those numbers winning one of the $100 prizes - congratulations Dean Trembath. Below is a screenshot of the draw so far. I've also attached an image of the draw schedule. Tune in next Tuesday night for another 12 minutes of stellar entertainment and of finding out if ya in or ya out.

18.01.2022 The 2021 season has begun for part of our club and is fast approaching for others. We now have a magnificent new facility so everything is looking positive for us as a club and community. 17.01.2022 Howdy Giants. Commiserations if your number has already been drawn and 'Good Luck' if you are still in. There was bittersweet news for Jess Leader last night, whose number (119) was the final one drawn, and so she wins $100. Tune in at 7.00pm tomorrow night (Nov. 26th) as we draw the next 40 numbers from West Oval, in front of the new pavilion. Next Thursday (Dec 3rd) Jill and some of the netball girls will draw another 40 numbers. Then, on Thursday December 10th, the fina...l 20 numbers will be drawn from the Geelong Hotel. 15.01.2022 Fantastic news Giants. All 200 of the 'All I Want for Christmas' Raffle numbers have been sold. Great effort everyone. The first draw of the winning number (not revealed) and the first 50 numbers, will be drawn, hopefully, via Facebook Livestream at 7.00pm-ish tonight. Note, Toohs, Gareth and I are running the show. There will be technical difficulties.

06.01.2022 Preparations are under way for the the draw of the first batch of numbers in our 'All I Want for Christmas' raffle. Note, in compliance with raffle rules, the first number will be drawn but not revealed. This ball will be placed in the 'Sock of Destiny' and is the number that will see its holder claim the $3000 first prize. Depending on final sales a further 40-50 numbers will be drawn and revealed tonight. The final of those numbers drawn will claim one of the minor $100 prizes. Details for the Zoom live stream of the draw will be released later today. Remember, sales close at 5.00pm today, so it is not too late to buy a ticket.
