25.01.2022 **UPDATE** Hey Everyone, Due to the regulations and guidelines from the Tasmanian Government we won't be reopening at this time. There is alot of considerations we have to make before reopening and operating again. The cost of reopening and operating at this time is considerable and not something the committee is prepared to do just yet. ... Our RV Friendly campground will reopen on FRIDAY 5TH JUNE 3PM. So if your sick of being at home, come on down to our grounds and enjoy the peace & quiet besides the Kermandie River. Wood & firepots available on site. COVID19 & social distancing rules still apply within the campground. 1.5 You must register with the caretaker on arrival so they can take your details in case of any COVID19 contact issues.

21.01.2022 The THA has been advised late this afternoon that the previous advice we have been provided by the Gov’t has now been changed to the following. Licensed premise...s can only offer/provide activities to patrons while the patrons are seated. The requirement for patrons to remain seated at these venues applies regardless of whether food or drink, or both, are provided in the room of the licensed premises where the activity is offered/provided. It has now been clarified that Direction applies to the whole of the licensed premises. It follows that, irrespective whether it is in a separate room, non-seated activities including dancing, karaoke, 8 ball, pool, snooker and darts are not allowed anywhere. This is frustrating for operators and the THA will continue to lobby for change in this area for all venues.

21.01.2022 Thank you to everyone who participated and attended our Remembrance Day service today. Lest we forget

21.01.2022 I encourage all Tasmanians to commemorate ANZAC day this 25 April and give thanks for the service and sacrifice of those who have served our country. While we ...are faced with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Tasmanian Government has been actively working with RSL Tasmania and ABC Tasmania to ensure that all Tasmanians have the opportunity to pay their respects and participate in a special commemorative service from their homes. 04.01.2022 To Members & Visitors, Hello!! We understand everyone is upset about the club not being open. Up until now the restrictions have not made it viable to reopen and we are still not sure on the viability as given all the extra work that needs to be done i.e. cleaning etc but we are going to give it a crack. We will be opening on Thursday 25th June and the Trading hours will be limited to 3pm - 7pm. There will be restrictions in place and they will need to be followed otherwise w...e will be back to square one. Patrons must remain seated at tables and only approach the Bar for beverages and KENO. The kitchen will remain closed so no meals will be available at this stage. while we get used to these adjustments please respect and be kind to the Bar Staff. If you have any questions please call Vaughan on 0419 518 471. Looking forward to seeing you all! See more
