20.01.2022 If you are looking for a chocolate paradise, then Modica is the place. The secret behind the Modican chocolate is that it has very little cocoa butter and no white sugar instead they use granulated brown sugar that you can see and taste in ever bite! Since there is very little cocoa butter, the best thing is that it doesnt melt. The taste and texture is so different from the modern sweet chocolate.

17.01.2022 Brightly colored gelato may be appealing to the eye, but may not be the best taste and ingredient wise. The best gelato is made with natural ingredients and no colorants and additives, which means bright hues are a no-no. Fruit gelato should be deep in color but muted, rather than neon like, as you would expect for the fruit used to make it. Lemon should be white and not yellowish and pistacchio not bright green. In other words, the more natural the color, the better.

15.01.2022 Peaches are high in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. They also contain beneficial plant compounds like antioxidants, which can help protect your body from aging.
15.01.2022 Colors tell a lot: if they are too bright (i.e. almost fluorescent green for pistachio) it means that the ingredients used were not 100% natural but were enhanced by chemical components. This is even more evident in fruit gelatos: the color should be similar to the color of the fresh fruit itself. Last but not least, if the gelato does not melt quickly, especially if its extremely hot ... outside, it means that it contains hydrogenated vegetable fats... simply avoid it! See more
15.01.2022 Dont judge a food by its look. Taste it first. Dont judge a book by the cover. Read it first. Dont judge a person by his/her look. Get to know them first. That person you see as a sinner might be Gods best.

03.01.2022 The word sorbet derives from the Arabic sherbet (sweet snow) where in ancient times on the southern coasts of the Mediterranean the snow was mixed with fruit juices and honey to obtain a very dense and cooling drink. Today sorbet means water-based ice cream.
