11.01.2022 Meet our team: Sean Sean is the business owner of G Electrical, and the person you speak to when you call us. Why did you become an electrician? I was at Uni studying engineering, but I didn’t love it. I did some work with an electrician, Ray, over the holidays. I ended up doing my apprenticeship and staying there for 10 years before starting my own business. ... I love working in different places each day and seeing the difference that our work can make to a person’s home or office. I take great pride in my work and ensure that all of our staff are the same I won’t tolerate sloppy work. I’m proud to have built a business that not only provides a great service to clients, but is also an enjoyable place to work. I genuinely enjoy coming to work each day and mentoring my apprentices it helps keep me young.

08.01.2022 Meet Our Team: Aaron I enjoy being an electrician as I learn new skills, meet new people and put a smile on their face when they see the work we’ve completed for them. My favourite job so far is the revamp of an old concrete apartment block in North Sydney, which is being transformed into 4 amazing properties. This job involves cabling through a maze of existing conduits, with ceilings and walls that cannot be drilled due to structural reasons, installing cable tray, cabling... for a lift as well as a pool, chargers for EV’s, emergency lighting and more. Although a tough job to undertake, it really makes you think on your feet and problem solve. I’m looking forward to the fit off and seeing it all come together.

07.01.2022 Meet our team: Blake "I like being an electrician because of the feeling of fulfilment looking at a finished job. Seeing a place go from bare to having an incredible installation is the best part of my job" Blake started as a 1st year apprentice with G Electrical in 2017. His favourite job was a fan installation at a stable in Kurmond. "We installed a 10 blade fan on a 4.5m ceiling in the stable of an Australian Show-Jumping Champion. The property and grounds were spectacular, and it was so different to our normal workplaces."
