23.01.2022 Hi there, It's almost bedtime and it reminded me about my 'bedtime balm' - You see, I'm now onto my 2nd jar of this! I really look forward to using it every night now. It's become a lovely night ritual <3 I'm using it at bed time because it's scent is lovely & it is actually is helping me breathe a little clearer too - it's also very soothing! I don't only rub it on my wrists, I rub a little onto a tissue too :) Google tells us that Ylang ylang essential oil comes from a t...ree native to Asian and South Pacific Island rainforeststhe oil is especially fragrant and known for its sedative effects. So it makes sense I use it at night. These Balms are truly delightful, I love the Lavender too. During the day I find the Mint one is very uplifting. Here's the official info on the Ylang Ylang one.
