23.01.2022 This is super disappointing. To explain what this means.... If we are to win the case in South Australia, then things go back to how they were before the police made the declaration and then we would start the process of trying to come to a workable compromise with the ministers and the police similar to what we did in QLD. The link below basically means that the police and the politicians are working on moving the goal posts. ... Essentially they can see that they will lose so they are attempting to pre-empt that and change the regulations to suit their current agenda. This regulation change will make certain that gel blasters are considered firearms. The only way to stop this is to get some SA politicians on side to stop the regulation going through. We need all the help we can get on this one. Due to the police changing the goal posts when it comes to the court case, our legal costs have pretty much doubled.
