23.01.2022 Hey guys! We havn't had much time to report lately.. it has been a busy couple of weeks building some brand new obstacles and picking up yet another load of timber.. you can never have enough timber, right?? We have also been working with another of our favourite materials - the somehow terrifying pool noodle! Lots and lots of bright, colourful pool noodles! ... So, keep an eye out, we will have some more updates hitting the page soon!

12.01.2022 Hi guys Firstly, thanks so much to everyone who has liked the page and welcome to Gem Valley Horse Obstacles!... A newly designed array of permanent horse obstacles is under construction at the beautiful private property known as Gem Valley, situated in the small town of Quorrobolong (17kms southeast of Cessnock). The vision for Gem Valley Horse Obstacles, is to offer affordable access to a purpose-built obstacle course for horse owners, both on foot and under saddle. The course will comprise of obstacles and challenges suitable for the first-time beginner, and up to the more experienced horses and handlers. Access to the obstacles will be via booking only, but we will have more information on these finer details in coming weeks. If we have peaked your interest, even a little, then watch this space! And if you have any suggestions, ideas or obstacles you may like to see incorporated into Gem Valley Horse Obstacles, please let us know so we can put together the best range of obstacles for you & your horse! 11.01.2022 I'm sure we can all agree, our day has been well spent picking up materials for some new obstacles we have planned - by 'our', I really mean Hubby! So, let us know in the comments if you might be able to guess what we're up to...

06.01.2022 Friday - pick up timber Sunday - one bridge completed We have been hard at work over the weekend to get this beauty built, which will be included in our easier range of obstacles. ... We are planning some other bridge designs to be considered for our 'intermediate'& 'extreme' obstacles... any idea's what sort of bridge crossings they may be?

02.01.2022 It's never too early to introduce your horse to some beautiful, bright obstacles! 'Angel' is becoming very fond of the pool noodles popping up here at Gem Valley.
