That’s all we can fit due to restrictions but BOOK NOW as the FULL sessions now have an extra 2!!... NO MORE 5:15AM It’s now 5am START!! So your session is now 60 mins We have a few changes to our TIMETABLE!! What’s different?! Tuesday nights we now have FUNCTIONAL TRAINING with @jess_emily_x. Wednesday night we still have BOOTCAMP but now followed with MUAY THAI FITNESS Thursday night is now 6pm STRETCH & CONDITIONING with @besportyrita & Saturday morning we have added a 7am session & alternating trainers between Mel & @larajdee!! 17.01.2022 SAYYYYYY WHATTTT??!!!! YASSSS!! We’ve done it again - WE ARE A FINALIST 2020!!! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!... I can’t thank you all enough for voting Many may think it’s nothing but for me it’s a MASSIVE achievement. Especially for only entering the first time last year & being a FINALIST 2 years in a row & hopefully many more to come. If anyone knew me 10 years ago - you wouldn’t think I would be doing what I’m doing now. I’m thankful for everyone that pushed me to become better, taught me to be confident, put me in situations that I was uncomfortable with & creating a studio that provides joy for not only me but for all the #GFF My #GFF are literally my fitness family! We go through a whole roller coaster of emotions & everyday is a blast. During COVID we still stuck together & went online & still loved/hated every moment of it!! Thank you for ALL THE SUPPORT!! You guys make my world a better place & I can’t imagine life without the #GFF. I’m SPOILT & BLESSED..
