About the role Gemlife is currently seeking expressions of interest for all sub-contract trades, labourers and operators for residential construction builds on the Sunshine Coast who are interested in Ongoing local work with reputable builder with excellent rates in the Bribie Island, Maroochydore, Palmwoods, Pacific Paradise areas; and Labourers and machine operators requiring employment in the Maroochydore, Palmwoods, Pacific Paradise areas Skills and experience Licenced sub-contractors with all OH&S up to date Experience working for volume builders Previous experience in a similar role Relevant qualifications for the role General knowledge of the construction industry, engineering and environmental principles and relevant legislation/standards. Current Driver Licence Construction Industry Card (White Card) Able to pass a medical/functional assessment, including drug & alcohol screening.
