We get caught up in life and end up keeping the right words tied down too tightly. So listen up... if you’re doing the best you can with what you have, and you’re evolving, you’re fighting, and still full of fire and feeling good, be proud of that. You could have turned back a long time ago but you didn’t. Nobody will ever understand your path and what you hav...e been through to get to this stage today. This Transformation is by far one of my favourites. So thank you Lara for being apart of Echor Fitness, thanks for being you and thanks for always putting a smile of everyone’s face around you. 02.01.2022 CLIENT TRANSFORMATIONMe and Abel have been working together for the past 3 months. Here’s a little snapshot of our journey together! His transformation has been remarkable, to say the least. Abel is training to go play soccer in the USA! We have been working on his muscular endurance as well as his agility and ball control. In and out of the gym Abel has shown nothing but elite professionalism, discipline and grit. Can’t wait to see what opportunities arise with his athletic career! Big things to come.
