25.01.2022 Thanks everyone for supporting me through this learning experience setting up zoom. I am aware there was some freezing. I think the best plan of attack for optimal viewing experience is for students to turn their videos off and only have me displayed. I can turn them off from my end and will do so in future. Thanks again everyone for your patience as I discover the world of class technology

21.01.2022 Dear Gemz families, During this period, the safety of my students and their families is of utmost priority. It is with a very heavy heart that I announce Gemz Dance Academy will be closing its doors as of Monday 23rd March 2020 until further notice. Government guidelines regarding social distancing are changing rapidly and it is incumbent on all of us to play our part and help flatten the curve. This is a very difficult time and I am very grateful for the understanding and su...pport of the Gemz Dance Academy family. My spirits are high that eventually we will all be dancing in the same space again soon. Until that time, dance in the kitchen, sing in the shower and dance like no ones watching! 21.01.2022 We did it!!!! Thank you so much to those who attended Gemz Dance Academys very first zoom class. I had so much fun! I miss all of your gorgeous faces and the smiles you bring to my face. 20.01.2022 Hi all, as you would be aware St Pauls Catholic College Greystanes is the latest school to test positive to COVID-19. If your son or daughter has been identified as a close contact they will need to self-isolate for 14 days, get tested and watch for symptoms. As a result they will not be allowed to attend dance class until the 14 day period is over. If you have siblings within the same household of the close contact please remain away from classes until Negative test results are confirmed. Thank you for your support and understanding. We want to keep on dancing xxx

An email will also be sent with information regarding classes for next term. The timetable for next term offers more classes in a structured format. These classes are open to anyone young or old, current or not current students of Gemz Dance Academy. COSTUMES - Your child will receive their 1st Costume for Concert at their last normal dance lesson for 2019 (the week after next). TROPHIES & CERTIFICATES - These will also be given out at your child's last normal dance lesson for 2019. Parents will be invited in for the last 15minutes of class. 01.01.2022 Another dance year done and dusted! I could not be more proud of my amazing students and the resilience they have shown. It has been a year full of challenges, ups and downs but today was AWESOME!!! We have managed to pull off 3 Concerts in one day and this is all thanks to my amazing students! You mean the world to me, I love watching you grow into kind and talented dancers. Wishing you and your families a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, bring on 2021!!!
