23.01.2022 Following the announcement by NSW Health that all health workers must wear face masks if they are within 1.5 metres of patients, Genea Horizon has decided that from Wednesday 29 July: All clinical staff will wear a mask while they are working with patients; and Any patient or essential support person attending a Genea Horizon clinic will need to wear a mask. This rule includes general visits, consultations, monitoring and procedures.... Genea Horizon takes the safety of our patients and staff seriously and we thank you for your cooperation with the safety measures we have put in place. From Wednesday 29 July, patients who attend any clinic without a face mask, regrettably will not be permitted entry to the facility. Please plan for this in advance. All of our enhanced safety measures remain in place such as temperature checking and hand sanitiser use and we continue to request that no partners/support persons or children accompany patients to the clinic at this time.
