Here is what you need to know: --- This is not just for first home buyers, you can apply for the grant if you are wanting to renovate your current home, too.... This grant can be used in addition to the First Home Builders Grant, meaning a potential $45,000 total for your dream home. The total of this grant is $25,000. Your construction price can be up to $750,000 to be eligible for this grant, and renovations over $150,000. Building or renovation contracts must be finalised between 4th June 2020 and 31st December 2020 to be eligible.
