25.01.2022 Acting on the public health advice, GENER8 THEATRE is deferring all practical production and public workshops due to the risks associated with COVID-19. The health and safety of our artists, program participants, their families, and our community must be our first priority. We will spend time preparing for a fighting come back, planning and visioning for the return of our strong arts sector.... We will support our wonderful regional artists as much as we can. Stay healthy. Stay Safe. Stay in touch. We will get through this!

Only 15 tickets left for this Saturday night @ 7:30pm- (tix range from $29-$35) Also a special preview performance has also opened for this Wednesday night (the 22nd of August). This is an exciting first performance leading up to Opening Night. Please note that the director may need to halt the performance for technical reasons. Its taken three years and more than 60 interviews with people whose lives have been affected by the drug ice to bring the play In the Pines to the stage. The immersive production uses live theatre and virtual reality to take audiences into the story.... Now, after a successful premiere at the Sir Robert Helpmann Theatre in Mount Gambier, South Australia, the plays producer is planning a national tour to start conversations about addiction in more regional communities.
