25.01.2022 At Generally Displeasing this morning, we made a batch of delicious chilli jam for our wonderful patrons. However, we fear we may have misread our customer base. Judging by their horrified faces as we dumped bucketloads of pure white sugar into the frothing brew of blended fresh chillies, garlic, onion, lime and ginger, we couldn't help but wonder if they might have preferred that I substitute the final 5 ingredients for chocolate.

08.01.2022 Another success story @Generally Displeasing when we discovered some frozen pastry shards from the late Pleistocene. The inspiring shard shapes became the lunch special. Diners showed cautious enthusiasm, requested removal of greenery, then asked for icecreams.
