14.01.2022 This old original family home is being transformed by adding a new top floor which includes master bedroom, en-suite, walk in robe and parents retreat along with new aluminium windows by @midcoastwindows re-cladding the whole house with #scyonlinea and refurbishing the whole ground floor. #generationiiiconstructions

10.01.2022 Generation III were employed on a fixed price contract for this 8 month project and took on every aspect of construction from demolition to landscaping and everything in between. The project comprised of the demolition of the existing single storey dwelling leaving only the front and side facade then excavation and laying of 2 new concrete slabs ready for the new single storey dwelling at the front of the property and the new 2 storey dwelling at the rear of the property. The external works comprised of the installation of 4 large underground rainwater tanks, off street parking for the rear dwelling and a paved entertaining area for the front dwelling. This project was particularly tricky as the site was less than 300m2 and the construction took place in the inner city lanes of Rozelle.

08.01.2022 This unique double width terrace home in #paddingtonsydney was looking a little tired so the team at Gen III were bought I to give it a facelift including repaint inside and out, 3 new bathrooms and laundary, new kitchen and joinery throughout and new carpet. With a tight enough 16 week schedule, our clients were amazed when we handed over 2 weeks ahead of schedule. #terracehouse #joinery

05.01.2022 Generation III Constructions were employed on a fixed price to transform this run down terrace in Rozelle into the smartest on the street. All gutters, lower roof, fascias etc were replaced and the front of the house given a facelift by constructing a cantilevered juliette balcony boasting uninterrupted views of the city. The internal bathroom was completely renewed along with a few basic internal alterations and joinery additions. Access was made easier into the attic by removing the existing attic ladder and adding the internal stairs within the existing 900mm wide staircase which allowed our retired client easy access to his paint gallery. The interior and exterior was finished with a complete repaint which gave us one happy client upon completion.
