21.01.2022 We are back and ready for 2020!

17.01.2022 |2020| Wow 2020 a year like no other! During the early stages of 2020, we had to pivot and find new ways for legal matters to continue and progress when: Stay at home restrictions were in place in Sydney... The NSW Court System ceased in person Court appearances; and Government organisations implemented pandemic plans. Laws were changed in early 2020 to allow for the very first time remote witnessing of legal documents by videoconference. This allowed our clients to safely execute Wills and other important legal documents without leaving their homes. Never before have we had to: Sign Wills and other legal documents by video conference Appear in the Supreme Court of NSW by telephone conference Witnessed legal documents through glass walls We have made it through 2020 and are very proud to have risen to the challenge during a global pandemic. We could not be more thankful for our fantastic staff for all their hard work and to our clients who have adapted and complied with our COVID-19 Policy. |Christmas Break| Our office is closed for the Christmas break. No matter how you are celebrating this year we hope you have a Merry Christmas and a safe New Year. We will be back ready for 2021 at 9:00am on 12 January 2021.

We welcomed Hayley as part of the Generation Legal team. Those of you who have had the pleasure of dealing with Hayley know she is hardworking and always willing to help. 06.01.2022 |10 years| It has been 10 years since Director Monique Russell graduated from the University of Wollongong! Monique graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (History) with Distinction, together with a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
