09.01.2022 I know i am going to get slammed for this, and i am not trying to be a smart arse but why do people not have time to meal prep? I run a business, work a second job part time, study and have to drive 2 kids to afternoon activities 5 days a week, a husband who works away a lot. Yesterday i spent time prepping my meals, today my only day off in a week went to the gym to train, grocery shopping, meat portioned, veggies chopped and then cooked all these meals for the family. I still managed to go for a walk, catch up with a friend and for 5 hours of the day had an active 1 year with me. We all have busy lives i get it but spending a couple of hours on my day off saves me more time during the week. #healthylifestyle #generfitpt #nomoreexcuses #beprepared #familylifestylegoals
