23.01.2022 Started working on my weightliftinf again this week, after 10 weeks of no weight lifting. It was painful not lift and squat, which is my passion. But sometimes injuries occur and you yave to take time off training to make your body better!... So after 10 weeks of rehab and body weight training, my hamstring is feeling amazing after doing a week of 3RM's! Thanks to Daniel for the support through rehab and giving me exercises to help re-build.

18.01.2022 Nice little partnered warm-up for Father and Daughter yesterday Bear crawls are an amazing movement used to get the body moving, but also great for commecting the muscles and getting them working together! Making sure the muscles fire correctly is very important when you are doing any lifts.

13.01.2022 Happy New Year 2020 has been a pretty big year, there has been a lot happen, good and bad. I am grateful for the year I have had. ... Grateful for the friends and family I have around me, even when we were not able to be together. Grateful for the lessons I have learned and the awareness I have gained. Grateful that I have achieved so much in a year where I could have just given up or done nothing. I truly hope that you too are grateful, no matter what has happened or how hard life has got... It is not that time of year, the biggest mistake we make is not looking at every day as it comes and not looking for a one year resolution but a lifetime one!... 07.01.2022 COVID-19 is hard on everyone so over the next few days I will be posting tips and things you should be doing in these times of health and fitness needs!! Beginners complicate. Experts simplify. It’s so easy to over-complicate fitness but unless you’re training for some competitive event, simple is almost always better.... Get into the gym and focus on the main movements: squat, deadlift, upper body press, and upper body pull. Then make sure you move as much as possible. Walk instead of driving, take the stairs, that kind of stuff. Finally, don’t think that you have to follow a restrictive and over-complicated diet to get results. Dogmatic approaches are hard to sustain anyway. Focus on lots of veggies and lean protein and limit carbs to your workouts. Smatter in some healthy fats and eliminate to the best of your abilities overly processed and junk foods and you’re good to go. Ps. I am looking for 10 busy Mum's and Dad's who are looking to lose 3-6kg of fat, feel confident and get healthy over the next 60 days.
