21.01.2022 We started this home in Greenmount late last year. The owners needed more space, and decided it was far more economical to add to their existing home. Demolition has been done - by the owners. Completion photos soon to follow.

Look carefully at the second photo - you will see the old kitchen window and the old timber laundry window. This will give you some idea of what we have done to the existing home. 18.01.2022 Project finished July 2017. New roof to the old part of the house, and new living quarters to the rear. Note: when this photo was taken, painting was yet to be done by the owners. 08.01.2022 Here we go!! This is a current project in Guildford - home requiring demolition of rear, re-roof existing, then adding living room, meals, kitchen, ensuite, bath and laundry. We are working in conjunction with the owners who will be undertaking some of the works themselves, which we are happy to do as part of the project.
