Book via the Genesis App Bryan is the head therapist at Thrive Wellness Centre and mostly treats patients for sports injuries, inflammation, and pain management. His class focuses on gentle, supportive poses to slowly lengthen and strengthen muscles and joints. Throughout the class, Bryan uses meditative breath to allow for a deeper stretch and healing from within. His combination of teachings from Ashtanga yoga and martial arts principles creates a class that runs at a gentle, yet challenging rhythm that will leave you feeling surprisingly relaxed, both physically and mentally. No experience is necessary for this class.
