25.01.2022 We’re back!!! From 12.00am (midnight tonight) we’ll be open for training with staff back onsite from 6am tomorrow. . Important payment info: billing cycles will remain the same for all members, however there will be a once off pro-rata payment deducted tomorrow for anyone who had a payment due during the closure period. All others will receive a 5 day credit on their next payment.

If you can't make it to a class, please cancel with at least 2 hours notice so that someone else doesn't miss out SPRINTERS are up first at 6am on Monday morning!

01.01.2022 G R O U P I E S It has been wonderful seeing all your lovely faces back into classes. Unfortunately, none of our classes have been full despite being booked out and having a waitlist. As much as we do not want to penalise anyone, it has become necessary to implement a 'no show' policy starting on Monday. If you are proven to be continually booking into classes and not showing up without cancelling, you will lose the privilege of booking into classes online. Please check... your class bookings regularly! If you are booked into a class and can no longer make it, please cancel at least 2 hours prior to class, this includes if you are on the waitlist. If you are waitlisted, please keep an eye on your inbox, you will be notified by email if you have secured a spot. We are finding people are being slotted into a class from the list, and not showing up to class Thank you for your co-operation. See more

Due to Government restrictions and staffing requirements we will not be able to operate 24/7 at this time so there will be no access to the gym outside of the times listed above.
