24.01.2022 Hi everyone, just letting you know that as of Monday 15th June I will be officially re-opening my business; it has been a long time between drinks so I am looking forward to catching up with my regular clients and hopefully meeting new ones. My business has just passed the 9 year mark and I have a very BIG special on next year for my 10th so stay tuned for that, hope you have been keeping well and coping with the changes we have had to endure. I would also like to take this opportunity to let you know that due to financial constraints, I have relinquished my provider numbers and therefore cannot give receipts for health funds, I do apologize and hope you understand. 21.01.2022 Hi everyone, been a while since my last post, working six days a week trying to find time to catch up isnt easy; hope you have all been well and keeping warm. I attended an orthobionomy workshop a few weeks ago (thanks Em) and learnt quite a few new techniques; had a great bunch of people to interact with and had a bit of fun as well (thanks Geoff) . Remember to keep on with those stretches and the water intake, and never leave it too long to see a therapist if you have issues with pain or discomfort, keep smiling , take care and stay safe

19.01.2022 A big thanks to everyone who participated in and supported my 5th Birthday Special, I have a lot of positive feedback which is very encouraging, congratulations to Jack for winning the hamper of goodies.
