23.01.2022 The boys at Flintstone Masonry needed a heavy duty trolley that could carry multiple slabs of marble/granite on site without damage to all their hard work. After submitting their plans and some back and forth discussion, we developed a lightweight solution for them with the use of modelling software. Yes this trolley was engineering in CAD and for good reason! It has a loaded center of mass which acts upon 25mm of its centerline. In other words, whether the trolley is loaded... with one bench top or an entire kitchen it will always feel balanced and unlikely to tip over. 21.01.2022 Bmw E36 and E46 models are likely to develop cracks and tearing of the sheet metal on the lower floor pan (and in rare cases all the way into the boot). The issue is geometry related and occurs about the chassis to sub-frame mounting locations at the rear of the car. We offer a repair service at Genuine Auto where all cracks are professionally repaired, then reinforcement plates are welded over the affected sections to spread the torque applied to the chassis over a larger s...urface area. 12.01.2022 Modern advancements in fuel pump technology has greatly simplified fuel systems for vehicles looking to make lots of power. With the advent of fuel pumps such as the Walbro 525 we can reliably make 400kw on E85 using a single pump. It should come as no surprise as to why it has become our go-to pump for many of our builds. Here’s one of our installations where a Walbro 525 was fitted to the fuel cradle of a MK4 Supra. The wiring was beefed up and terminated through the factor...y connector to ensure a sufficient supply of power and a nice clean install. On the fuel side of things, we modified the lines to -6AN.
