04.01.2022 My day off today.. well I'm not at the shop at least. But nothing to complain about when you get a little calvie as a helper!! Cows are part of our farms orga...nic rotation system.. The organic vegies change to a different location each season. We then convert the land back to pasture. The cows mow the grass, fertilizing the earth, helping grow our soil biology. We use a system called rotational grazing. Which means the cows get fresh grass every day to avoid overgrazing and damaging the land. We choose organic farming methods because we are growing food for you and your family and building our land for future generations. See more
