23.01.2022 A big thank you to Europcar During the madness of COVID-19, my daughter recently was employed for a company at the Gold Coast. She was sharing a unit with some flat mates at the Gold Coast. But her roommates moved out of the unit leaving her with minimal furniture. This left one daughter working long hours coming home to a mattress on the floor. Christine and I had furniture here for her but needed to move it 2 hours to the Gold Coast. We had looked at a number of hire car si...tes and they were all so confusing and left us unsure of how we were to move the furniture. This is when I called into Europcar in Toowoomba and met Ebony the office manager and her team who were extremely helpful and organised a small truck for us to move the furniture. The next day we were ready to load the furniture and drive to the Gold Coast, I rang to confirm that everything was still ok and we were informed that the truck had a flat tyre and was unavailable. This was no issue for Ebony from Europcar who then offered us a van instead. Which was just as effective for moving the furniture. All the furniture delivered daughter happy! I want to congratulate Ebony and her team for all their help and their exceptional customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to hire a car, van or truck. See more
